  2. 1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24oz Mixed mushrooms - chopped (portobello, cremini, shiitake)

  3. 3 tablespoons 45ml Butter

  4. 1 1/4 cups 296ml Heavy cream

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Dry sherry

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Fresh chives

  7. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Fettuccine or favorite pasta - cooked

  1. Recipe Instructions In a saucepan, saute the onion and mushrooms in the butter. Add the cream, sherry and chives. Cook until the liquid reduces and thickens. Pour the fettuccine on top, toss, and serve. This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
