  1. 3 (1-pound) packages frozen bread dough, thawed

  2. 2 1/2 cups shredded Swiss or Gouda cheese

  3. 3/4 cup chopped parsley

  4. 1 small onion, finely chopped

  5. 6 tablespoon melted butter

  1. Grease a 10-inch tube pan; set aside. Mix dough with cheese, parsley and onion. Form into 1-inch balls; dip into melted butter and place in prepared pan. Let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size. Bake at 350 °F (175°C) for 45 minutes. Cool in pan for 5 to 10 minutes before removing. Serve warm.
