  1. 500g turkey mince

  2. 1/2 medium red onion, chopped

  3. 1 thick slice white bread

  4. 40ml boiling water

  5. 1 clove garlic, crushed

  6. small handful dried cranberries, chopped

  7. 50g Brie, cubed

  8. 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup

  9. 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, chopped

  10. salt and pepper

  1. Preheat grill.

  2. Tear up white bread and place in a small bowl with crushed garlic and boiling water. Mash with a fork and leave. (it sounds strange but the bread makes them very moist).

  3. In a mixing bowl, put mince, tomato ketchup, rosemary, Brie, cranberries and onion. Add bread mixture and salt and pepper. Use your hands to mix the mixture until everything is well mixed. Shape into patties.

  4. Grill for about 12 minutes, until cooked through and serve, delicious!
