  1. 1 tb Vegetable Oil

  2. 1 lb Sirloin Steak

  3. 8 oz Fresh Mushrooms, Sliced

  4. 1/4c Water

  5. 2 tb Unbleached Flour

  6. 1 ts Dry Mustard

  7. 1 ts Salt

  8. 1/4ts Pepper

  9. 1 c Dairy Sour Cream

  10. 2 c Hot Cooked Rice Or Noodles

  11. 1 Medium Onion, Sliced

  1. + Sirloin Steak is to be boneless and sliced into thin strips.

  2. Stir oil and meat in 2-Qt casserole until beef is coated.

  3. Cover and micro- wave on high (100%)) until meat is no longer pink, 4 1/2 to 5 Minutes.

  4. Remove meat from casserole; reserve meat and juices.

  5. Add mushrooms and onion to meat juices.

  6. Cover and microwave until mushrooms are tender, 5 to 6 minutes.

  7. Shake water and flour in tightly covered jar; stir into mushrooms.

  8. Sprinkle with dry mustard, salt and pepper.

  9. Microwave uncovered to boiling, 30 seconds.

  10. Boil until thickened, 1 minute.

  11. Stir in reserved meat, then sour cream.

  12. Microwave uncovered until hot, about 1 minute.

  13. Serve over hot cooked rice or hot cooked noodles.
