  1. 1/4 cup miso

  2. 1 quart water

  3. 1 cup ramen noodles, cooked

  4. 8 oz. tofu, cut into chunks

  5. 2 green onions, chopped, including an inch of the

  6. green part

  1. D issolve the miso in water. Add the tofu chunks and the cooked ramen noodles. Simmer until heated through. Garnish with chopped green onions.

  2. Serves 6.
