  1. 15 1/2 oz 440g Garbanzo beans - drained

  2. 1/3 cup 78ml Lemon juice - fresh

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Lemon juice - fresh

  4. 1/4 cup 59ml Tahini - (sesame paste)

  5. 3 tablespoons 45ml Green onion - chopped

  6. 20 Garlic

  7. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt Pepper - freshly ground Cilantro for garnish Toasted pita wedges

  1. Recipe Instructions Puree all but cilantro and pita wedges in food processor. Transfer to bowl, cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Garnish with cilantro and serve with toasted pita wedges.
