  8. 2 pk Cream cheese (8oz) -- softened

  9. 1/2 c Sugar

  10. 2 Eggs

  11. 2/3 c PineAppetizersle juice -- unsw

  12. 1/4 c Flour

  13. 1/4 c Sugar

  14. 1 cn PineAppetizersle (lrg)-

  15. 20 oz

  16. 1/2 c Whipping cream

  17. Or Cool whip

  18. NOTE: drain pineApplle; reserving 1 cup juice Prepare

  19. crust. Beat cream cheese in medium bowl until smooth

  20. and fluff y. Beat in 1/2 c sugar and the eggs. Stir in

  21. 2/3 c pineAppetizersle juice. Pour cream cheese over

  22. hot crust. Bake just until center is set, about 20 m

  23. in. Cool completely. Mix flour and 1/4 c sugar in

  24. 2-quart saucepan. Stir i n

  25. 1 cup reserved juice from

  26. crushed pineapple. Heat to boiling over med. heat,

  27. stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 min. Remove from

  28. heat, fold in pineAppetizersle. Cool completely. If

  29. not using cool whip ( beat whipping cream in chilled

  30. bowl until stiff). Fold whipped cream or cool whip

  31. into pineapple mixture. Spread carefully over dessert.

  32. Cover loosely and ref. until firm. About 4 hr. Cut 3 inch squares. Makes

  33. 12 squares.
