  2. 10 chicken breasts halved and deboned

  3. 1 stick butter

  4. 2 cans cream of chicken soup

  5. 1/2 soup can of water

  6. 3/4 c. sherry

  7. 1 can mushrooms -- (8oz)

  1. salt and pepper chicken breasts; brown in butter in heavy skillet. removefrom skillet; add soup, water, sherry, and mushrooms to remaining butter.

  2. Cook over low heat 5 min., stirring. place chicken breasts in shallowbakingdish and pour sauce over them. bake at 325F, 1 hr.

  3. Canrefrigerate until time to bake.

  4. pat--to make up for chatter
