  1. 1 ounce Calvados or apple brandy

  2. 1 ounce Bärenjäger Honey Liqueur or high-quality clover honey

  3. 4 ounces boiling water Dash freshly grated nutmeg

  4. 1 cinnamon stick

  5. 1 lemon wedge

  1. Pour Calvados and liqueur into a heatproof glass. Add water and nutmeg and stir with a cinnamon stick or bar spoon. Float lemon wedge on top and serve.
