  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Chile powder

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Mango powder - (or)

  6. 1/2 tablespoon 7 1/2ml Thick tamarind pulp

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Onion - very finely chopped (small)

  8. 4 teaspoons 20ml Mustard oil Salt - to taste

  1. Recipe Instructions Mix all the ingredients together well, tossing them in the mustard oil. Serve immediately.
