  1. 6 cups unseasoned cubed stuffing

  2. 1 can (12 1/2 oz.) Worthington FriChik chicken substitute

  3. 1 can (7 oz.) mushrooms with stems and pieces

  4. 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup

  5. 1 small onion, chopped

  6. 2 eggs, beaten

  7. 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning

  8. 1 1/2 teaspoons vegan chicken seasoning

  9. 1 tablespoon olive oil

  1. Place stuffing in large mixing bowl. Drain liquid from WORTHINGTON FRICHIK and mushrooms into a 2-cup measuring cup. Add enough water to make 1 3/4 cups. Add to stuffing and toss to moisten. Cut WORTHINGTON FRICHIK into cubes and add to stuffing. Stir in soup, mushrooms, onion, eggs, poultry seasoning, and chicken seasoning. Mix well.

  2. Spread into 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Brush oil lightly over the top.

  3. Bake at 350 F about 1 hour or until firm.
