  1. Spinach and Potatoe Puree

  2. 1 kg spinach (frozen)

  3. 2 kg potatoes, peeled

  4. 2 dl full cream milk, boiling

  5. 50 gr butter, in cubes

  6. sea salt, black pepper and nutmeg

  7. Cook the potatoes for about 20 minutes in boiling water or until

  8. they are done. Discard of the water.

  9. In the meantime, cook the spinach in a microwave oven for about 2 1/2

  10. 2 1/2 minutes

  11. on the power of the oven). Gently do it in a sieve, so the liquid

  12. gets out. Add the milk and butter to the potatoes and mash them,

  13. add salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste. Mix in the spinach.
