  1. 4 medium potatoes, each cut into 8 wedges

  2. Vegetable oil

  3. Seasoned salt

  4. 1 cup sour cream

  5. 1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Wisconsin Cheddar or Swiss cheese or 1/3 cup (1 ounce)

  6. Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  1. Brush potato wedges with oil; sprinkle with seasoned salt.

  2. Set oven to broil and broil with tops about 3 inches from heat until brown, about 5 minutes.

  3. Turn and broil and additional 5 minutes until crispy and browned.

  4. Stir together sour cream and cheese and serve as a dip with potatoes.
