  1. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Sugar

  2. 1/2 cup 164g / 5.8oz Light corn syrup

  3. 1/2 Butter

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Cocoa

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  6. 8 cups 500g / 17oz Popcorn

  1. Over medium heat, using a 4-quart pot, combine the sugar, corn syrup, butter, cocoa, and salt and bring to a boil. Once the mixture is well-mixed, add the popped corn. Cook and stir until popcorn is coated, approximately 2 minutes. Cool mixture and shape into 3-inch balls.

  2. This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
