  1. 4 lbs. beef

  2. 1 1/2 cups basmati rice

  3. 10 allspice (whole)

  4. 10 cloves (whole)

  5. 10 black pepper (whole)

  6. 5 cinnamon sticks

  7. curry leaves

  8. 5 bay leaves

  9. 3/4 cup vinegar

  10. parsley

  11. 1 cup water

  12. salt (to taste)

  1. Put the Beef in a pot with the vinegar water and the spices and cook for 2 – 3 hours (you can properly cook in less time in the pressure cooker).

  2. Cook the Basmati rice using the Beef stock from cooking the beef.

  3. Serve with the Beef and garnish with parsley leaves.
