  2. 1/4 lb 113g / 4oz Pork - diced lean

  3. 1/4 lb 113g / 4oz Shrimp small - peeled deveined and rinsed

  4. 2 Sausages - Chinese; cooked Salad Dressing

  5. 4 Limes - peeled

  6. 1 cup 237ml Vinegar - white

  7. 4 tablespoons 60ml Nam pla - (fish sauce)

  8. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

  9. 4 tablespoons 60ml Sugar - brown

  10. 1/2 Cilantro

  11. 3 Chilies - serrano

  12. 3 Garlic - Thai pickled

  13. 1 teaspoon 5ml Oil - olive

  1. Recipe Instructions In a large pot add all of the meat ingredients and bring it to a boil. Boil for about 20 minutes or until the pork is thoroughly cooked. Drain the water and set the meats aside. Place all of the salad dressing ingredients into a food processor or blender. Blend until ingredients become liquid. Using your choice of salad greens, place the cooked meats on top of the greens and top with the salad dressing.
