  1. 12oz. pkg Fresh Cranberries

  2. 1/4 cup Chopped Dried Apricots

  3. 1/3 cup Orange Juice

  4. Water

  5. Zest & Juice of 1 Lemon

  6. Salt & Pepper , to taste

  7. tsp Cinnamon

  8. Liquid Stevia

  1. Place the cranberries and the apricots with enough water to cover them in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook stirring occasionally until the cranberries begin to pop, about 5 minutes.

  2. Next, add the orange juice and lemon zest and juice, stirring to incorporate. Turn heat down and simmer for about another 5 minutes.

  3. Now add the cinnamon, stevia (about 3 droppers full), salt and pepper. Stir together and continue to simmer over low-med. heat for about 5 minutes. The cranberries should be broken up and the sauce thickened. If the sauce is too thick add some more water to the desired consistency.

  4. Now pour the sauce into a blender or food processor and puree till all the bits of apricot and cranberries are completely broken up and smooth.

  5. Serve warm over roasted chicken, turkey, or pork.

  6. Perfect for a winter holiday feast!
