    1. 1 lb Link sausage

    2. 6 md Onions Salt and pepper

    3. 6 md Sweet potatoes

    4. 6 Apples Paprika

    1. + Directions : Cover sausage with cold water. Heat to boiling. Drain. Place sausage in large baking dish. Cover with pared sweet potatoes, and onions. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cover. Bake in moderate oven (400 F) 1 hour. Uncover. Add apples which have been pared, cored, and halved. Cover. Bake slowly until fruit is tender. Serve at once.
