  2. 600g crushed ice

  3. 30g fresh mint leaves

  4. 360ml ginger ale

  5. 100g sugar

  1. Melon and mint slush 1) Add the melon, ice, mint, ginger ale, and sugar to a blender. Pulse until the mixture becomes slushy.

  2. Pour into 4 glasses and serve immediately.
