  2. Premium Oyster Sauce

  3. 2 tsp Pepper to taste Seasoning Mix

  4. XO Sauce

  5. 3 tbsp White Vinegar

  6. 1 tsp Finely diced apple

  7. 2 tbsp Canned pineapple syrup

  8. 1 tsp Sauce Mix

  9. Finely diced canned pineapple 2 tbsp

  1. Mix goose liver with marinade and dust with corn starch.

  2. Pan-fry goose liver in 2-3 tbsp oil until both sides are golden yellow. Drain and put on a serving plate.

  3. Put seasoning mix on goose liver. Serve with fresh vegetables.
