  23. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree on high

  24. speed until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a saucepan

  25. and cook over medium heat, whisking frequently, until

  26. 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool

  27. slightly before serving. Makes about 2 cups.
