  1. 1 pound fresh green beans, vine ends trimmed

  2. 1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter

  3. 1/2 cup dry roasted unsalted cashews, roughly chopped

  4. 1 tablespoon honey

  5. kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the beans until tender, 2-3 minutes. Refresh in cold water, drain well and set aside.

  2. Meanwhile in a large sauté pan, heat the butter over low heat and saute the chopped cashews until golden brown, approximately 1 minute. Stir in the honey, add the beans and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat well until beans are hot then serve.
