  1. 1 1/2 Lb. cod fillets

  2. salt and pepper 1 Tsp. sage

  3. 1/2 C. grated Swiss cheese

  4. 1 C. sour cream

  5. 350 degrees. Wash and dry codfish. Sprinkle both sides with salt, pepper and sage. Place in greased shallow baking dish. Sprinkle cheese on top and cover with sour cream. Bake

  6. 25 minutes.
