  1. 2 Gelatin

  2. 1/2 cup 118ml Cold water

  3. 1 cup 237ml Chili sauce

  4. 3 tablespoons 45ml Lemon juice

  5. 1 cup 237ml Mayonnaise

  6. 1 cup 237ml Whipping cream - whipped

  7. 1 cup 237ml Ripe olives - quartered

  8. 1 cup 110g / 3.9oz Celery - finely diced

  9. 2 Tuna - drained

  1. Soften gelatin. Heat sauce to boiling.

  2. Remove from heat and add softened gelatin and stir until dissolved.

  3. Add lemon juice.

  4. Chill until partly congealed.

  5. Fold in mayonnaise, cream, olives, celery and tuna.

  6. Pour into a two quart casserole.

  7. Refrigerate until firm.
