  1. 8oz Bow-tie Pasta

  2. 1 tsp Garlic , chopped

  3. 2 tbls Olive Oil

  4. 1 cup Chopped Spinach

  5. 1 cup Broccoli Florets

  6. 1 medium Red Pepper , roasted and cut into strips

  7. 8oz cooked Chicken Breast, cut into bit-sized pieces

  8. 1 cup Prepared Alfredo Sauce

  9. 1/8 cup Prepared Pesto

  10. 1 tsp Italian Seasoning

  11. 2 tbls Grated or Shredded Parmesan Cheese

  1. Cook the pasta according to directions and set aside. In a large sauce pan saute the garlic in the olive oil. Add spinach, broccoli, red pepper, and grilled chicken. Stir in Alfredo sauce and pesto. Simmer for 5 minutes and then add the pasta. Toss to coat. Top with Parmesan and Italian Seasoning.
