  1. 3 tablespoons chili sauce

  2. 3 tablespoons soy sauce

  3. 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  4. 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic

  5. 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper

  6. 8 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs (5 to 6 oz each)

  7. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  8. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  1. Heat gas or charcoal grill. In small bowl, mix chili sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic and red pepper.

  2. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Place chicken on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 8 minutes. Turn chicken; brush with chili sauce mixture. Continue turning chicken and brushing with sauce 8 to 10 minutes longer or until juice of chicken is clear when thickest part is cut to bone (180°F).
