  1. 1 Envelope plain gelatine

  2. 1/4 c Sugar

  3. 1/4 ts Salt

  4. 1 1/4 c Crushed pineapple and syrup

  5. 3 Eggs, separated

  6. 1 tb Lemon juice

  7. 1/2 c Ice cold water

  8. 1/2 c Skim milk powder

  9. 9 Thin chocolate cookies

  10. 8 min

  11. 10 min by hand 1/4 of mixture into 9 by 5 inch loaf pan; top with

  12. 2 or 3 cookies; repeat
