  2. DRIED FRUIT-RICE STUFFING

  6. 3/4 c Butter or margarine

  7. 1 1/2 c Chopped onions

  8. 1 1/2 c Chopped celery with leaves

  9. 1/3 c Chopped parsley

  10. 9 c Cooked brown rice

  11. 1 t Dried marjoram -- crushed

  12. 1/2 ts Dried thyme -- crushed

  13. 1/2 ts Dried sage -- crushed

  14. Salt, pepper

  15. 3 Eggs -- lightly beaten

  16. 3/4 c Turkey stock

  17. -ÿÿChicken bouillon

  18. 12 oz Mixed dried fruit

  19. Melt butter in large skillet. Saute onions, celery and parsley in butter. Remove from heat and combine with

  20. rice in large bowl. Stir in marjoram, thyme and sage

  21. and season to taste with salt and pepper. Add eggs,

  22. stock and fruit. Mix well. Makes enough for 14-pound
