  3. 2 tb Lemon juice

  4. 2 tb Olive oil

  5. 1 t Dried and crushed basil

  6. Lemon wedges

  7. 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish flakes when tested with a fork. Serve with lemon wedges. Serves
