  1. 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

  2. 2-3 tablespoons butter , melted

  3. 3 8-oz. packages cream cheese, softened

  4. 1 14-oz. can Eagle Brand Milk

  5. 4 egg s

  6. 1 8-oz. carton sour cream

  7. 1 tablespoon vanilla

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix crumbs and butter. Press into 9-10" springform pan. In large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat condensed milk until smooth. Beat in eggs, then sour cream and vanilla. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 50-55 minutes or until lightly browned around edges (center will be slightly soft). Cool, then chill. If desired, spread cherry pie filling over top.
