  1. 1 can Mushroom soup

  2. 2 cups Water

  3. 1 cup Uncooked regular rice

  4. 2 tablespoons Chopped parsley

  5. 1 Chicken; cut up (uncooked) but skinned is nice

  6. 1 1/35 ounce envelope onion soup mix; (like Liptons)

Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

  1. Mix mushroom soup, water, rice and parsley. Place in bottom of roaster pan or casserole dish. Place chicken on top.
