  5. 6 to 7 inches long, split horizontally

  6. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  7. 3 ounces fontina cheese, thinly sliced

  8. 2 ounces sliced cooked chicken

  9. 1/4 cup arugula

  1. In a medium skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium-low. Add onion and cook, stirring frequently for 5 minutes. Add water and continue cooking, stirring frequently until onion is golden brown and very tender, about 30 minutes.
