  3. drained 1 4 ounces can oil-cured greek olives

  4. pitted and drained

  5. 1/3 cup capers -- drained

  6. 2 garlic cloves -- mince

  7. 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

  8. 1 tablespoon dijon mustard

  9. lemon juice

  10. freshly ground pepper

  11. 3 tablespoons fresh parsley -- minced

  12. 1 baguette -- sliced on the

  13. diagonal -- rubbed lightly

  14. with garlic and toasted

  1. In a blender or food processor, puree olives. Add capers, garlic, thyme and dijon mustard; puree. Transfer to mixing bowl. Add lemon juice and pepper to taste to pureed mixture. Stir in parsley. Serve surrounded by garlic toasts.
