1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (7-ounce) jar marshmallow cream
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
1/2 teaspoon orange extract
Strawberries for dipping
Mix all ingredients, except strawberries, in blender or food processor. Chill until ready to serve. Use strawberries as dippers.
Fresh Fruit Dip
How can you resist this on your favorite fresh fruit.
1 (7-ounce) jar marshmallow creme
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
Fresh fruit for dippers
Mix room temperature cream cheese and marshmallow creme. Chill. Serve with fresh fruit as dippers.
Suggested Fruits: Apples, strawberries, melons, grapes, pears, nectarines, pineapple chunks.
Lime Fruit Dip
This dip is perfect for fresh strawberries.
2 Eggs
1/2 cup sugar
4 tablespoons cornstarch
6 ounces frozen limeade concentrate
2 to 3 drops green food coloring
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
Fresh fruit, cut into sticks, a berries
Beat eggs, combine with sugar, cornstarch and limeade in top of double-boiler. Cook until thickened, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and stir in food coloring. Allow to cool. Fold into whipped cream.

Sour Cream
Whipping cream whipped
Brown sugar
6 to 8 hours or overnight before using (refrigerate). About 15 minutes before serving, whisk mixture; add brown sugar to taste and blend. This makes a great dip for any fruit or can be dolloped over any combination of fresh fruit.
Another Fresh Fruit Dip
A tangy fruit dip.
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup lemon yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup coconut, toasted
3 tablespoons milk
In a small mixer bowl beat together the cream cheese, lemon yogurt, honey, and vanilla till smooth. Stir in the coconut and milk. Turn into serving bowl. Cover and chill in the refrigerator until cold. Serve with slices of fresh fruit.
Caramel Fruit Dip
This dip is a pleasant change when made with Kahlua.
Ingredients :
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon Kahlua
Combine all ingredients. Add more brown sugar to taste if necessary. Kahlua is optional.
