  1. 1/2 cup(s) chopped onion

  2. 1/2 cup(s) red wine vinegar

  3. 1/2 cup(s) dry red wine

  4. 1/4 cup(s) raisins

  5. 2 tablespoon(s) brown sugar

  6. 1 teaspoon(s) crushed red pepper flakes

  7. 1 teaspoon(s) peeled, grated fresh gingerroot or 1/4 tsp ground ginger

  8. 1 cinnamon stick

  9. 2 cup(s) seedless grapes, halved

  10. 2 wheels Brie, chilled

  1. In medium saucepan combine onion, vinegar, wine, raisins, sugar, red pepper flakes, ginger and cinnamon stick. Place over medium-high heat. Bring to boiling; cook 10 minutes. Stir in grapes. Reduce heat; simmer 20 minutes. Remove cinnamon stick; set aside.

  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place Brie in baking dish; spoon grape relish over Brie.

  3. Bake 10 to 15 minutes. Transfer Brie and relish to serving platter. Serve with crackers or French bread slices.
