  1. 1 ( 1 lb pkg,) ground chicken.

  2. 1 ( 10 oz pkg,) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry.

  3. 6 oz reduced-fat feta cheese, crumbled.

  4. 1/3 cup fresh dill, chopped.

  5. 2 tbsp onion flakes.

  6. 6 lg eggs.

  7. 1 ( 12 oz can,)fat-free evaporated milk.

  8. 1/2 tsp salt.

  9. 1/4 tsp pepper.

  10. 1 cup Heart healthy Bisquick

  1. Coat a 6-quart sloww-cooker w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine chicken, spinach, feta, dill and onion flakes. Stir until blended. In lg bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Stir into chicken mix. Fold in bisquick. Pour into slow-cooker. Cook, on low for 6 hrs. Remove slow-cooker insert to a wire rack, cut quiche into wedges.
