  1. 2 tbsp. butter

  2. 1 c. light brown sugar

  3. 3 eggs

  4. 1 c. light corn syrup

  5. 1/4 tsp. salt

  6. 1 tsp. vanilla

  7. 1 c. pecan meats, broken or whole

  8. 1 (9 inch) pie crust

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream the butter and mix in the brown sugar. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Add the syrup, salt, vanilla and pecan meats. Pour pecan filling in pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes or until filling is set.
