  1. --HABICHUELAS Y ARROZ CUBANO-- 2 tb Olive oil

  2. 1 Glove garlic

  3. 1 Green pepper, chopped

  4. 2 c Black beans, cooked

  5. 1/4 ts Oregano

  6. 1 tb White vinegar

  7. 2 Pimientos, minced

  8. Salt Pepper 3 c Rice, cooked

  9. 3 minutes. Stir in beans, oregano, vinegar, and pimientos. Add salt and pepper to taste. REduce the heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Spoon over cooked rice and serve. Note: Obtained from Bonnie Bracey (GRWP92A) Prodigy December
