  1. 4 TBS. butter

  2. 1/2 cup dark brown sugar

  3. 1 1/2 LBS. salmon steaks (4)

  4. 1/3 cup bourbon

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. stir in brown sugar.

  3. Place salmon steaks on top of mixture and cook for 5 minutes.

  4. Turn salmon, and pour bourbon around the steaks.

  5. Coutinue cooking for 5 minutes or until fish tests done with a fork.

  6. Serve salmon with the glaze spooned on top.
