  1. Raw Banana 1

  2. Diced

  3. Urad Dhal 1/4 tsp.

  4. Turmeric Powder 1 tsp.

  5. Grated coconut 1/2 cup

  6. Chilli Powder 1 tsp.

  7. Coconut for garnishing 1 tbsp.

  8. Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp.

  9. Peppercorns 1/4 tsp.

  10. Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp.

  11. Salt to taste

  12. Oil 1 tsp.

  1. Soak the diced raw banana in cold water mixed with ½ tsp. turmeric powder.

  2. Drain and cook the banana in 1 cup of water and the remaining ½ tsp turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt 3. Grind the coconut with cumin seeds and the pepper corns and add to the banana.

  3. Heat oil in fry pan add the mustard seeds and uradh dhal, after it splutters add to the bananas add curry leaves and mix well .Garnish with grated coconut.
