  1. 4 Chicken Leg Sections (thigh and drumstick, bone in)

  2. 10 canned whole artichoke hearts, cut in half

  3. 2 cups cherry peppers

  4. 1 or 2 lemons, juiced (about 1/3 to 1/2 cup juice)

  5. 1 yellow onion

  6. 4 cloves garlic

  7. 8 sprigs of thyme

  8. 1 tsp salt

  9. 1 tsp pepper

  10. 1/2 tsp hot pepper flakes

  11. 1 tbl olive oil

  12. 1 quart chicken stock or broth

  13. 1 hour at

  14. Adjust for salt and pepper before serving
