  1. 2 pounds ground beef Salt and pepper -

  2. 1 small onion Garlic clove or garlic powder -

  3. 1 can red kidney beans, drained -

  4. 1 can whole kernel corn, drained -

  5. 2 cans tomatoes with juice -

  6. 1 can tomato sauce - small can Creole seasoning or little chili pepper -

  7. 1/2 cup processed cheese (Velveeta)

  1. Brown ground beef with onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add beans, corn, tomatoes, and tomato sauce. Add seasonings to your taste. Simmer for 30 minutes to an hour. Just before serving, Stir Velveeta into the stew until it melts. Note: If you like, chopped bell pepper or sweet banana peppers can be added to onion and beef.
