  1. 2 (16 oz.) cans of mixed vegetables

  2. 2 (7 1/2 oz.) cans of Ro-tel stewed tomatoes with chopped green chilies

  3. 2 1/2 lbs. ground beef

  4. 2 boxes of corn bread Martha White

  1. Fry your ground beef, when cooked, drain fat off. Add mixed vegetables and stewed tomatoes in the skillet with the ground beef.

  2. Make your corn bread. Spread corn bread on top of your mixed vegetables, ground beef and stewed tomatoes in a deep dish oven pan. Place in oven at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Cook your corn bread the way you like it. Serving for 6 people.
