  1. 16 ounces tofu block -- drained

  2. 2 tablespoons soy sauce -- low sodium

  3. 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard

  4. 1/2 teaspoon horseradish -- powder

  5. 1 teaspoon dill weed

  6. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  7. 2 garlic cloves

  8. 4 tablespoons coriander leaves -- chopped fresh

  1. Preparation : Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth. Add a little water if necessary for ease in preparation. HELPFUL HINTS: This makes quite a large amount of dip. It keeps well in the refrigerator. Makes a delicious topping for baked potatoes.
