  1. 8 Lemons - washed and cut in

  2. 8 wedges

  3. 3 tablespoons 45ml Salt

  4. 1/2 cup 118ml Vinegar

  5. 1/2 cup 118ml Salad oil

  1. Recipe Instructions In a 1-quart jar, add the lemons. Cover lemons with water and add other ingredients. Cover jar and shake to mix ingredients. Keep at room temperature for 1 week and then refrigerate until ready to use. Serve with meat and fish or poultry as a relish.
