  4. Prepare English tea according to package directions (use loose

  5. tea). Tea should be infused until it is a bright orange color. Upon

  6. serving, place 1/2-inch pieces of stick cinnamon in small tea cups

  7. and pour hot tea over the cinnamon. Serve with lump sugar.
