  1. Salad

  2. 2 pounds potatoes, cooked, peeled and diced

  3. 2 hard-boiled eggs, diced

  4. 1/4 cup finely diced red onion

  5. 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish

  6. 3/4 cup mayo

  7. 2 teaspoons Frontier Balti Curry Seasoning

  8. 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt

  9. Garnish

  10. 1 hard-boiled egg, sliced

  11. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper coarse grind

  12. 1/4 teaspoon Frontier Balti Curry Seasoning

  1. In a large mixing bowl, place potatoes, eggs, onion, and pickle relish.

  2. In a small bowl, mix mayo, Curry Seasoning, salt, and pepper until fully combined. Add to the large bowl and carefully fold mayo mixture into potato mixture.

  3. Once combined, top with the sliced egg, and sprinkle pepper and Curry Seasoning on top.

  4. Chill in refrigerator for an hour before serving.
