  3. Diced tomato 20gr

  4. Sliced spring onion 5gr

  5. Shrimps (no shell) 100gr

  6. Oyster sauce 10gr

  7. Salt 3gr

  8. White pepper powder 1gr

  9. White sugar 2gr

  10. Whole egg 1pcs

  11. Corn oil 80ml

  12. Garnish:

  13. Sliced cucumber 5sliced

  14. Spring onion 1pcs

  15. Coriander leaf 1sprig

  1. Pre cooked the shrimps and set aside.

  2. *Heat a wok.

  3. * Add the corn oil and egg cooked until done.

  4. * Pour the cooked shrimps, steamed rice ,onion and tomato.

  5. *Season with oyster sauce ,salt , pepper ,and sugar.

  6. *Add the spring onion .

  7. *Remove to the dish
