  1. 1 1/2 packages premixed broccoli slaw

  2. 1/4 medium red onion, sliced thin

  3. 2 cups good mayonnaise

  4. 1/4 cup Dijon mustard

  5. 1 tablespoon sugar

  6. 3 tablespoons cider vinegar

  7. 2 1/2 teaspoon celery salt

  8. kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper, and cayenne pepper to taste

  1. Mix together slaw mix and red onion in a large bowl.

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, vinegar, celery salt, salt, pepper and cayenne. Pour enough of the dressing over the grated vegetables to moisten them. Serve cold or at room temperature.
