  1. Baby corns 6 nos.

  2. Corn flour 2 tbsps.

  3. Flour 2 tbsps.

  4. Oil 1 tsp.

  5. Baking powder  1/4 tsp

  6. Ajinomoto A pinch

  7. Salt and pepper to taste

  8. Oil for frying

  9. 1.Cut the baby corn into three juliennes each.

  10. 2.Mix cornflour, flour, oil, baking powder, ajinomoto, salt and pepper well.

  11. 3.Add enough water to make a smooth dough and beat well. The batter should be thick.

  12. 4.Heat oil in a frying pan.

  13. 5.Dip the baby corn in the batter and fry till golden brown.

  14. 6.Serve hot with chilli sauce.
